A group of police officers captured a Kenyan pastor identified as pastor John Simon, the founder of Maxim Deliverance Church, having an affair with a member's wife and her housemaid on their matrimonial bed. According to reports, the woman is the wife of a high-ranking police officer in the community. The pastor went to the woman's home to pray for her because she had not been able to conceive. When her husband went to work, she invited the pastor to come to the house and pray for her. The woman, according to the preacher, enticed him into committing the offense. He claimed he attempted multiple times to refuse her, but she was the one who persuaded him to commit adultery with her. He said how the woman began stroking him repeatedly, and how the woman seemed to enjoy it, and how she quickly removed her clothes. When the neighbors heard about the unbelievable episode, they were startled because the pastor is a well-known pastor who has been doing good in the town. The church members who heard about the startling occurrence are equally outraged by the pastor's immoral behaviour, believing that praying for a woman in her bedroom is dangerous because anything might happen. Our pastors should cease tarnishing Christianity's reputation by engaging in indecent behaviors with married ladies in particular.
